Breast milk supply: Natural ways to increase breast milk supply: drink plenty of water, reduce stress, Fenugreek Seeds. Mother's Milk Tea, pump (a pain but works), Blessed thistle; eat more carbs like oats/ drink beer; ; if absolutely need Rx: Reglan (metoclopramide)
