I have a citrus taste in my mouth going on for 5 days. i haveno heartburn, good oral health and no health problems.the taste comes and goes all day. could it be from beingsick?

Medication?: Hard to say without knowing more details. A lot of medications can cause taste side effects as can a fungal mouth infection. Sometimes no specific cause can be found.
