Maybe: It might be gerd or something else.... Unlikely to be your teeth. Have an orofacial pain specialist take a look.

Geographic tongue: People with geographic tongue get sore patches on their tongue when eating spicy or acidic food. It’s a benign condition. You can check with your dr. To rule out other causes
