Yes: Our whole goal always in situations like this is to get rid of the disease and to preserve fertility. Of course, with it only being a short time after your procedure, you are going to want to heal up -- your doctor may even want to check on the treated area before giving you the green light. After that, though, trying for a pregnancy is fair game! just keep up with paps to watch for recurrence!
