I'm a 27 year old male, i have minor hernia in my left testicle due to working out....do i have to get surgery done, and without surgery does it affect my chances of having kids?

What you described does not add up. A small hernia would be in the groin, not in the testicle. It would be prudent to see a doctor to ascertain the nature of the lesion and to decide if any intervention is needed. Wish you good health!

The kind of hernia you have is called Inguinal- scrotal. You need to see a surgeon to have it fixed. Without surgery you will have to avoid strenuous workout and heavy lifting and maybe wear a hernia truss. No it does not affect having kids.
