Is there other way to treat tuboovarian mass other than surgery?

Tuboovarian abscess: You didn't say how big your turbo ovarian abscess is, but usually they are treated with intravenous antibiotics first. The smaller ones often shrink. However if they stay large or continue to cause pain that doesn't resolve then you will likely need surgery.
