Are there other ways to treat kidney with solid mass aside from surgery?

I biopsy is needed to determine the diagnosis if you do not want surgery. Then if malignant and depending on location and size some times freezing (cryo) or heating ( Thermal) or sometimes observation and follow up can be done. Follow the advice of a Urologist at an academic center
