Cooking no change: Leafy green veggies have lots of good stuff for our bodies. You can continue eating them. Try to eat a consistent amount though. If you vary the amount you eat, your level of vitamin k will jack up and down, which will make your inr yo-yo. So eating a steady amount of leafy greens will help prevent this and you can keep getting the good healthy veggie benefits too, .

Does not matter: The issue with leafy greens versus coumadin (warfarin) is the natural vitamin K that they contain. Be consistent from day to day to day with these foods. How you prepare does not matter. But do not vary the amounts widely from day to day. And stay modest with the amounts.
