Coumadin (warfarin) inhibits K: Herbs, dark leafy greens, broccoli, brussel sprouts, asparagus, cabbage and pickles all contain high amounts of vitamin k. These foods need to be eaten sparingly if you are on coumadin (warfarin). To keep your pt/inr level stable, you need to have a consistent intake of vitamin k.

Be constant: There are diff ways to manage vegetables with coumadin (warfarin). I prefer this way: it is safe to eat any green veges, but must eat about the same amount every day. Your dose of Coumadin (warfarin) is adjusted to your diet. This way is safer and gives better results.
