Back pain: If you have pain going down your leg , or you have leg or foot weakness then you may have a herniated disc. Otherwise you may have pulled, strained a back muscle. If simple conservative measures such as icing, Ibuprofen and stretching do not help you will need to see your primary care provider. Do not take any medications before consulting your primary care provider.
