Back pain: Probable discogenic low back pain and iliolumbar ligament sprain with secondary muscle hypertonicity (lumbar strain). Begin antiinflammatory, ice, gentle stretching and neutral spine strengthening. Expect 4-6 weeks for full recovery. If worsening pain or radiation past knee with tingling, numbness, or weakness have evaluated.
