Smart Diet -Exercise: Get an app for your smartphone or some info on the internet- even purchase one of those small books that have calorie information. You would be surprised at the amount of calories we consume. You should be @2500 calories/day to lose weight. Exercise should also be moderate-3-4x a week a minimum of an hour. Don't be tempted by bad habits & have those around you follow good habits. Greater success.
