BMI, not weight: Bmi (body mass index) is a more reliable indicator of what is considered healthy than looking at your weight alone. You can calculate this via your weight in kg divided by your height in meters squared-or just look for a calculator online to do the math for you. Your goal is to have a bmi between 19-24.
