Boil: Local infections may improve with warm wet compresses applied several times a day. Wet a wash cloth with warm water and soak it against the boil area three times a day for 10 minutes. Heat increases blood flow and may speed up drainage and healing. If it gets worse, see a doctor to consider drainage or an antibiotic pill.

Go to doctor: Go to your doctor. Facial abscess especially in area around the eye can cause serious complications if treated improperly, most of the abscesses need to be drained and proper antibiotics need to be prescribed.
