?High Acid: If you mean a high gastric acid condition, than avoiding trigger foods (foods that aggrevate your condition more-often spicey, acidic, fatty) will help. Increasing fiber in your diet will help and taking antacid medication can be helpful too. If severe, you may need rx meds. See a GI doctor for the best treatment after a thorough examination, . Good luck.

Antacids: By high gastricity i assume you mean reflux. Ask your doctor, there are many medication both prescribed and otc that can help. If symptom persist a GI consult maybe helpful to rule out peptic ulcer disease or other more serious conditions.
