Chronic gastritis: The objective findings you describe suggest chronic gastritis. There are many possible causes of this, including hyperacidity, infection with h. Pylori, loss of stomach acid production, or even underlying cancer.. It would be a good idea to try to find out what is causing this and doing something to correct it if possible, .
