Sleeve successful: The sleeve is helping many people lose weight that had trouble with diet and exercise alone. It is not without risks but generally safe and the potential benefits are huge. Just losing weight can potentially cure the blood pressure problem. If you have access to a comprehensive bariatric center I would suggest going as they can explain in much more detail.
