Time for Testing: If you continue to have symptoms despite treatment it may be time for additional testing. Ruq pain is often due to gallbladder disease. Especially, when occurring after fatty meals. If you have never had an egd or have had persistent symptoms despite twice daily ppi treatment (prilosec, nexium) it may be time to have an egd to evaluate. You should see you dr. For labs and imaging.
