Gastric Crohn's : There is always a risk of relapse of Crohn's disease, no matter which part of the digestive tract it is in. Treatment with prednisone does not increase the chances of a relapse. It is impossible to predict what the odds of a relapse are, since Crohn's disease is not very predictable in any patient. I would discuss this question with your gastroenterologist. Good luck.
