FP, Orthopedist: A family physician, orthopedist, or physical medicine specialist can reevalate your injury, and possibly inject your elbow with some cortisone.

Inject the area: A cortisone injection often provides good relief and may resolve the problem. In my experience, pt and nsaids do not help.
