Maybe, but: Medication to treat the brain tumor or irradiation could cause G.I. Problems, so best to further discuss with your doctor. Unlikely that a focal tumor you describe would affect the anatomy as mentioned, but this can be seen with carcinomatous meningitis, which is not what you seem to possess.

Possibly: The 10th nerve is the vagus nerve which has importance in gastric(stomach) motility or emptying. Damage to that nerve by a tumor could cause considerable stomach issues.
