A member asked:

Can a tumor in the colon be pressing on a spinal nerve causing neurological symptoms?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

If metastatic: This would be a presentation for metastatic colon cancer, though an unusual one. A primary cancer won't do that -- the transverse colon would be the only site, and it would have to traverse two peritonealized surfaces just to get to the outside of the vertebral column.
