A member asked:

Can stomach cramps be a symptom of a brain tumor?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Possibly: One would want to know more specifically the nature of the abdominal symptoms. Certainly, patients with brain tumors can have abdominal symptoms primarily nausea and vomiting. This is from increased intracranial pressure from the tumor. The patient can also have increased gastric acid secretion from the increased intracranial pressure from the brain tumor.
