It depends on the size as to whether it should be watched or operated on. Large ones need surgery urgently. Other types include a subarachnoid hemorrhage. Treatment depends on cause and size of bleed. An aneurysm that bleeds needs surgery urgently. Strokes can bleed, surgery only if.
