When i bend my head forward i get dizzy or side to side mri was fine, could it be blood vessels? i start p.t. for vesbular therapy on neck tomorrow.

Could be. : Not as likely in your age. Vertebral artery narrowing can cause dizziness. These vessels can be damaged in neck trauma. If you have had no recent accidents then they are probably ok. These vessels can become narrow when people are 50 or older. If therapy does not work, ask your doctor to check the blood vessels in your head and neck.
