Weeks : Nothing works overnight for acne, except perhaps steroid injections into individual lesions.
You might get lucky and see improvement in just a week, but you should be prepared to give it 6 weeks.

Too many antibiotics: Aczine is a topical antibiotic, no problem there, but i would not take Bactrim (sulfamethoxazole and trimethoprim) and Clarithromycin at same time.

Acne: Stop Burt's Bees. Continue Differen and finish all antibiotics unless you are allergic t Bactrim (sulfamethoxazole and trimethoprim).
