Nothign to fear: Feeling of a lump in the throat without cough or pain during swallowing is not a big deal; usually it is of no consequence; it is just a perception. If it is anything serious related to respiratory system you will eventually have to cough; if related to the digestive system, you will have pain with swallowing.
