Torus palatinus?: It's possible that this is a torus palatinus, however they are usually midline and can grow very slowly. If it starts to cause you pain or it continues to grow you should have a physician looks at it.

Don't ignore: Any lump should be checked by your dentist. The fact that it has changed size recently makes it a greater priority. Don't ignore it.

Have it examined: It may be totally benign, but it's best to make sure it is nothing serious. See an oral surgeon for advice.
