If you mean: By pelvic test a pelvic exam (hysteroscopy) with an endometrial biopsy or curretage then yes. But the only way to diagnose uterine cancer is by taking tissue so it can be examined by a pathologist.

Not Always: A general pelvic exam does not always diagnose uterine cancer. If uterine cancer is being suspected, further tests would be warranted.
