Try these: Medication is not always the answer to insomnia. You may try these: 1) if you have a tv in you bed room and watch it late at night, try not to 2) when you ready to go to sleep turn off all the light in your bed room 3) depression /anxiety may cause insomnia, talk to you doctor if you feel depressed 3) always try to go to bed at the hour, say 9:00pm, hard to do at first but may help eventually.
