My almost 5 year old daughters sleep pattern is completely out. her day and night is mixed up and we have tried everything to correct it from routine, diet etc, nothing is helping. is there anything we could give her for a night or two to reset?

Warm milk: A bedtime routine may include a warm bath, bedtime story, sleeping at the same time each night and waking at the same time in the morning. Warm milk prior to bath time may also be helpful. The scent of lavender has been studied and found to help sleep pattern. See your pediatrician for an examination, avoid stress and illness.
