Crying baby: A baby will cry if he's wet , hungry or in pain. Since you don't state your baby's age, I have to assume he may be lactose intolerant and needs a formula change or if he's breast feeding he may not be getting sufficient milk. If he is beyond six months teething can be causing his discomfort. Have him suck on the half of a frozen bagel for pain relief.
