Make sure: You only sleep in your bed. Room is cool and dark. Don't read or do phone or computer in bed or text. Don't drink alcohol Or eat 2 hrs before bed or exercise. If you have troubled thoughts think of getting a counselor to talk to so your mind can relax and you can sleep.
