Maybe: There is evidence to suggest that if estrogen was started in early menopause and is continued, a beneficial effect on cognition. Can be observed.

Maybe a bit, but...: The bigger effect here is most likely that she misses the estrogen. Estrogen is a powerful hormone in women, and contributes to cognitive function.
