No: Some variation between the last menstrual period and ultrasound may exist for many reasons, including incorrect dating of the pregnancy. The 1 week difference alone does not equal miscarriage.

No: These numbers are based on statistics and not precise. This is especially the case with measurements during the early part of pregnancy.
