U mean sub chrionic: Hematoma which is not uncommon in the 1st trimester, usually they will resolve, if it is large sometimes not usually it can lead to a miss., i tell my pts no intercourse, not strenuous activities like jumping jacks and u will obviously need a followup us in 2 weeks and hopefully it will be gone or much smaller.
