Throat problem: You might be having referred pain from your throat. Your throat may be the source of your ear discomfort. This can range from a pharyngitis to reflux to another form of inflammation. It is best for your doc to take a look at you if this continues to bother you.

Ear: You might have an ear infection. Your middle ear is failing to equalize the pressure from inside and out. See an ENT doctor please.
