Yes: Yes, there is a fused joint there called the symphysis pubis. In pregnancy this joint loosens slightly to help make room for the baby to come through. With twins there is extra weight pressing down, putting extra tension on the joint. Other than waiting until delivery, there are things you can do to manage. You may want to try acupuncture, and find a chiropractor skilled in webster technique.
