Likely: Pain that comes and goes in the pubic bone can be due to the ligaments of the pubic bones (and hips) stretching. There's actually a hormone--relaxin--that helps the bones of your pelvis stretch in preparation for delivery to accommodate the baby's head. You can take Tylenol (acetaminophen). A warm bath might help. Chiropractor that specializes in pregnant women too. Acupuncture as well.
