Does anyone know if this bleeding after menopause is like endometrial cancer?

Possibly.: This can be a sign of endometrial cancer, and bleeding after menopause should be investigated anyway. One other cause could be hormone replacement therapy, especially if it is not low dose. Cervical cancer can also present with bleeding. It would be wise to see your doctor to be sure.
