Please help, how much of an indicator of gynecological cancer is post-menopausal bleeding?

Non-specific: Uterine cancer can certainly be a cause of post-menopausal bleeding, but more often the cause is something benign. You should not panic about one episode of such bleeding, but you should see your gyn physician to be properly evaluated.
