PADD is a good start: There are many support and special interest groups for adults and children as the add/adhd group of related disorders have been better understood. Padd is a national resource with local chapters. Some communities also have their own support groups lead by counselors or practitioners.

CHADD: Chadd, standing for children and adults with hyperactivity and attention deficit disorder is a self-help group with local chapters and an annual national meeting. Check out chadd.Org. There are many tools available through their website. Try searching for adult adhd support groups on any search engine. Lots out there. Quality apt to vary by region of the country.
