Tough question: You're the patient and the choice of doctors is yours alone. You don't need a reason to change doctors. But if you do, extend the previous doctors the courtesy of explaining why you left so they can improve their service.

Follow your instinct: People often end up at a doctors office because s/he is on their insurance list, or a friend goes there. Practice styles differ from office to office and what works for some may not work for you. I feel the doctors most important job is interpreting what is happening and helping you understand it and how to treat it.If you aren't getting that feeling, move on.
