Recorded somewhere: We live in a world of recordkeeping.I know of no one looking to keep track of everyone that sees a mental health counselor.However, you can be assured that an insurance company and/or the facility records the encounter by date and time with a related diagnostic label. It is how they justify paying for services or making them available.
