Physical exam, in general, should be pretty much same unless she expresses specific concern. She can also request a chaperon present while being examined.

A chaperoned exam in a loose fitting gown with bra and panties on is the norm. Anogenital & breast exams are rarely necessary unless a problem in the areas is being assessed. Height/weight/blood pressure and occasionally a blood test would be expected. I routinely asked the parent if the kid can have a few moments with them out of the room to discuss any private questions in teens.
