What is the definition or description of: nasal biopsy?

Remove nose tissue: A nasal biopsy is performed when a suspicious portion within the nose is removed, either in part or completely to allow for evaluation by a pathologist. The pathologist will then study the tissue and remark on its normalcy or abnormalcy.
