Hmmmmm...: Hard to say exactly what's going on. The rash may or may not be related to your pain. If it is, shingles comes to mind. I think you'd be best off bringing your feet in to a podiatrist to have a look under the hood. It's impossible and misleading to give you an "internet diagnosis" here. Good luck. Hope this helps.
