I am diabetic hypertention artherities patient having 18 5mm stone in gallbladder have also serum creatinine 1 8mg dl so should i undergo surgery?

Any symptoms?: Given your age and underlying medical problems including diabetes, hypertension and chronic kidney disease, i would caution undergoing any surgical procedure unless clearly warranted. If the gallbladder stone was picked up by chance and you otherwise have no symptoms, surgery is not necessary . Surgery does risk worsening of your kidney disease. Ultimately, i would take the advice of your surgeon.
