Talk with your doc: Problems like these can only be correctly handled by your doctor in person. He/she needs to listen to you, perform an examination and possibly run labs or other tests. That's the only way he/she can find out what's going on and what to do about it.

Gall stones in DM: Gall stones are more common in diabetics. Without treatment, these stone can cause issues with the liver or pancreas as well as pain, nausea, vomiting, and other symptoms after eating. Removing the gall bladder surgically should cure your current symptoms and prevent any further complications.
