Gallbladder removal. right after surgery bp was low, 1st day at home it was 154/92 and today it's 160/94. no history of hypertension, what causes it?

Surgery: do not give hypertension , most likely you have it prior to surgery , was asymptomatic , not recognized . Call your surgeon go for a follow up visit , most likely you need medication have to see your family doctor.
